You’re devious, elegant, and imperious, able to manipulate people into doing exactly what you say (whether that’s through fear or true loyalty is up in the air). When you get mad you don’t show it — you just get even. You don’t forget when someone wrongs you, and you certainly don’t forgive. They knew what they were getting into; they’ll just have to pay the price.

Gothel

You can be demanding, sometimes downright vindictive, but you just don’t have time for things like “compassion” and “sympathy.” Those get in the way of success. You have a savvy business sense, and you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. You do what you have to do to get to the top of your trade (just make sure you don’t get caught out by the Princess who provides all your business. Maybe try treating your indentured servants a little more kindly, just in case).

Madame Carp

You rule with an iron fist, and have no problem getting rid of anyone who challenges you. You’re a great king, very powerful, but you care more about being in charge than actually having anyone/anything to be in charge of. Be careful not to get so caught up in making garden statues that you run out of civilians to petrify!

The Mouse King

You’re naturally loud, and some call you obnoxious. You don’t care too much about power, wealth or fame; you just like causing trouble and watching things combust.

Brutus

You like having someone to tell you what to do. Thinking up your own schemes is just too much effort! You aren’t terribly ambitious yourself, and you tend to prefer a quiet life, but you support your friends 110% in their own villainous endeavors. Go team!

Nick (or Nack)

You’re particular about your appearance, and cut a dashing figure. You stand out from the crowd, and you enjoy throwing your weight around a little. You may not always be the brightest bulb in the string, but if you tend to be slow on the uptake that’s okay! You more than make up for it with your loyal nature. Just make sure you pick someone who won’t take advantage of your loyalty!

Fungus Maximus

You couldn’t bear the thought of being one of the vulgar many. You stand head and shoulders above everyone else — if not literally, then by virtue of the very expensive high heels you just ordered! You like having nice things, and always keep up-to-date on the latest fashions. You hate having to work — if it’s important, somebody else can take care of it.

Odile

You have a flair for presentation, and lots of good (if very elaborate) ideas. Honestly, you’re more of a drama kid with a ruthless streak than a true villain. Sure, you’d be willing to spread toxic gases all over Fairytopia, but it’s not like it’s permanent. You’d fix it later, and then everyone would love you!

Laverna

You just can’t wait to be king! You have a bit of a vain streak, but what can you say? You’re just that attractive, no point trying to hide it. You like to throw your weight around, but if someone hits on one of your insecurities, your vanity tends to collapse like a burst balloon. Don’t forget to build up self-esteem about your whole self, instead of basing your sense of worth on a golden tooth!

Midas

You pulled yourself up by your own bootstraps, a self-made success story if ever there was one. Sure, okay, some of your success came from slightly illegal late-night mining, and sure, you cheated your way into becoming the queen’s most trusted advisor. Sometimes you have to be ruthless if you want to get anything done! You know just how to work the assets you have, and fake the ones you don’t; you can’t take no for an answer, and your ability to adapt even the most outrageously complicated plan on the spur of a moment is frankly impressive.

Preminger

You’re ambitious, sure, but not in a conventional way. You’d rather be a dark sorcerer than a king. However, even more than your own ambition, you’re loyal to one person above all. You’d do anything for them, and you’ve done a good job figuring out how to tie meeting their needs into your own end goals. Sooner or later, though, you’re going to have to decide whether you want to follow your dreams or your person; if you take too long on this, you might wind up getting turned into a cuckoo clock. Fair warning.

Rothbart

Even for a villain you’re pretty skeevy, I have to say. Most villains have some great cause motivating them — ambition, maybe, or loyalty, or revenge. Not you. You’re just a wild hedonist at heart. If you were craving a cheeseburger, you’d run a red light at a busy intersection to get one faster, and then you’d throw the wrapper out the window. (Litterbug.) You have a very high opinion of yourself, and don’t much care if others don’t feel the same about you; what’s important is they’re wrong, and if necessary you’ll convince them. By whatever means necessary.
