US residents can opt out of "sales" of personal data.
Just... don't.
No one in the social media department, or any other part of the university for that matter, wants to see what happened last night. Be smart and practice safe consumption, but keep it to yourself and adhere to dorm policies (especially if you live in a dry dorm)!
Key isn't working? Did you try inserting it the other way? Remember to troubleshoot the problem before calling for help.
This is not the case at all. Many people assume this and it can actually make things worse in the long run. Take it slow, get to know one another, and if you want to hang out like BFFs, by all means, do so. Or you could just be roommates— it’s up to you.
This goes for all campus buildings, but at the dorms especially, residents and security officers can become very familiar with one another. So why not be nice?
All three must be separated!
Do you and your roommate have beef? Deal with it! The longer each of you ignore the problem, the greater the tension will build. Address and discuss your issues and you'll feel a lot better.
Planning ahead or just sending a few quick text messages back and forth can save a lot of tension.
Really?
You could be the coolest person in the world, but once you’re the kid who gets locked out every other weekend, building staff won't be happy.
The dorms are a magnificent place for acquiring a leadership role, and there are many benefits to reap from participating and volunteering in the residence hall.
