7 Undeniable Reasons We Need ENDA Now
The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) - which would provide basic protections against workplace discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity - passed out of the Senate HELP Committee in July and through the full Senate in November. Here's why it needs to be brought up in the House ASAP.
