After it was announced that Spider-Man will be leaving the MCU universe, Tom Holland, who currently plays the beloved superhero, met up with Robert Downey Jr. for a hike.
"We did it, Mr. Stark," Tom captioned the super adorable photos, including a snap of the pair posing with action figures of their characters.
Tom and Robert's friendship IRL mirrors their on-screen chemistry in the MCU franchise.
Although things got off to a rocky start...
...the two eventually learned to appreciate each other's company.
And who could forget that heartbreaking scene in Avengers: Infinity War which encapsulated their love for one another?
It's nice to see there was ~some~ good to come out of this week, even if it's just bonding time between the two actors-turned-bros.
Someone should probably check on Mark Ruffalo, though. Based on the comment he left underneath the post, he may have been feeling left out, lol:
