On Friday, the "Intentions" singer released his new album, Changes, and one fan noticed something, ahem, bulging when she opened the packaging:

"Right when I opened it, I’m attacked," she joked, referring to Bieber's dick print in his Calvin Klein underwear.
Well, it didn't take long for the Biebs to see her tweet AND respond. Yes, really. He wanted to clarify why his eggplant is out here attacking people:
