Channing Tatum Is Spooked By This Popular Astrology App, And, Honestly, So Am I

"Yo anybody know of this shit and can explain it to me! Cause WTF!"

You know Channing Tatum from movies like Step Up, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, 21 Jump Street, and most importantly, Magic Mike.

When he's not playing brawny characters who are literally saving the world, he's likely raising my blood pressure showing off his toned physique.

With that in mind, one would assume there's not much that could easily spook Channing, right?

    WRONG!

This week, the 39-year-old actor took to social media to rant about a popular astrology app called The Pattern, which left him shooketh.

"I need some answers, okay," Channing began before asking his followers to explain, "What is this Pattern shit?!"

The Smallfoot star continued, "It's an app, I just downloaded it, called The Pattern. And it asked me to put in my birthday and my time of birth."

"Anyway, how do you know what you know about me, Pattern?" he asked.

At this point, Channing was clearly spooked, and honestly, same. As an avid user of the app, I can attest to its eerie accuracy.

Somehow, The Pattern is able to send users personalized summaries of their life (past, present, and future) that is pretty spot on — simply by knowing your birthdate, time, and location.

In his rant, Channing suspected the app might be listening in on his therapy sessions.

"I just get a notification [from The Pattern] on my phone this morning...pops up using the exact words that we were using in therapy [yesterday]."

"Is the phone listening? Are you listening through the phone, Pattern? AI? The algorithm that is The Pattern? Are you listening through my phone and just regurgitating the stuff that I'm afraid of?"

Channing concluded his post asking for The Pattern "people" to call him. "If you know so much, you know how to get in touch with me, now don't you? So just do that. I need answers. Right now."

We love a mental health advocate who also dabbles in astrology. If you hear back from The Pattern "people," Channing, keep us updated. We'd love answers, too!
