    Toast is, in my opinion, an incredibly underrated and very versatile food.

    I love a good piece of toasty bread with butter, but when you put a topping like mushrooms, beans, or yes, avocado on it, it becomes an easy, inexpensive, yet elevated meal. Yes, meal!
