Servings: 10 - 12Ingredients4 envelopes gelatin¼ cup water1 cup evaporated milk1 cup condensed milk½ cup half milkNonstick cooking spray1 cup apples, chopped1 cup cherry gelatin, in small cubes½ cup pineapple, chopped½ cup raisins½ cup nuts, choppedPreparation:Add ¼ cup of water to 4 envelopes of gelatin, dissolve and let it hydrate for 15 minutes, then microwave for 15 seconds or until it dissolves.In a blender, place the evaporated milk, condensed milk, half cream and dissolved gelatin, and pulse until thoroughly blended.In a bundt tin, spray a small amount of nonstick cooking spray and spread it with the help of a napkin.Place ¼ cup apples, ¼ cup cherry gelatin, ¼ cup pineapple, ¼ cup raisins, ¼ cup nuts. Repeat with remaining ingredients.Add the gelatin mix and refrigerate for 8 hours.Once it’s set, carefully remove the gelatin from the mold, serve and enjoy!
