5 potatoes, peeled and sliced

6 bacon strips

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

½ cup single cream

½ cup cheese, grated

3 tablespoons butter


1. Preheat oven at 200ºC.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.

3. Cover the edge of every mold of a cupcake liner with a strip of bacon, then add 2 slices of potatoes, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon cream, and 1 tablespoon cheese.

4. Repeat until the mold is fully covered and top with ½ tablespoon of butter and more salt and pepper.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the potato is cooked.

6. Serve and enjoy!
