Savannah Cashman Morgan, a 19-year-old from Nashville, Tennessee, has been given only weeks to live as she battles Stage IV ovarian cancer, WFLA News reported.

In an interview to News 2, Morgan said that the cancer was so widespread that "I want to do everything I can, but my body just can't handle it anymore."

Morgan's dying wish is to take her 4-year-old daughter, Hannah, to Disney World so she always has something to remember her mother by.

Morgan has also made cards for each of Hannah's birthdays, her graduation, and her wedding day. "I want her to have something from me in the future when I'm not there so she doesn't think I just abandoned her," said Morgan.

Morgan set up a GoFundMe account on Sept. 8 to raise enough money for the two of them to go to Disney World.

On the page she wrote: "My wish is to take my four year old daughter to Disney World in the time that I have left! Everything helps and remember - no donation is too small, or too large."

The group's president, Andrew Montgomery, told News 2 that Morgan's story hit home with him personally as a lot of his friends at home were having kids.

He heard about Morgan's heartfelt story only three days before presenting her with a check for $1,500.

In just one week, Morgan surpassed her goal of raising $10,000 to take Hannah to Disney World thanks to generous donations from friends and strangers.

"Wow!!!! We did it! $10,000!!!! Now we just need to get me out of the hospital so I can get down to Disney!" Morgan wrote on her GoFundMe page. "Thank you to EVERYONE involved, no matter how big or how small! You have no idea how much this means to me and Hannah!"
