Savannah Cashman Morgan, a 19-year-old from Nashville, Tennessee, has been given only weeks to live as she battles Stage IV ovarian cancer, WFLA News reported.
Morgan's dying wish is to take her 4-year-old daughter, Hannah, to Disney World so she always has something to remember her mother by.
Morgan set up a GoFundMe account on Sept. 8 to raise enough money for the two of them to go to Disney World.
Last week, a group of men from the Alphi Phi Alpha fraternity at Austin Peay State University donated $1,500 to Morgan's fund.
The group's president, Andrew Montgomery, told News 2 that Morgan's story hit home with him personally as a lot of his friends at home were having kids.
In just one week, Morgan surpassed her goal of raising $10,000 to take Hannah to Disney World thanks to generous donations from friends and strangers.
Morgan said she's thankful she has time to prepare her daughter with messages and memories before she dies.
"A lot of people don't get that opportunity and I feel blessed just to have that opportunity."
