Anders Behring Breivik has been identified as the man in police custody who is believed to be responsible for the bombing in Oslo that killed at least 7 and the shooting rampage at a youth camp on Utoya Island that has left at least 85 dead. Breivik is 32 and known to have right-leaning, nationalist, anti-Islamic views, although an actual motive remains unknown. Officials believe he acted alone.
