You Have To Hear What Michelle Obama Did On Election Night

Also, how do the Obamas manage to slay every single photo shoot?!

President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama are back at it again, slaying another magazine cover, this time for People.

Side note: Is it me or do they look younger than ever?! It's like they have a "We're almost free from dealing with all this BS" glow.

Speaking of things they've had to deal with, the Obamas broke their silence on what their election night was like in the cover story and FLOTUS's response is as real as she is: "I went to bed," she said plainly. POTUS added a quick "yes she did."

"I don’t like to watch the political discourse; I never have,” Michelle went on to tell People, “I barely did with him [her husband].”

As far as all the work she put into campaigning for Hillary Clinton and all the comments she's made about President-Elect Donald Trump, the first lady regrets nothing. / Via

“Anything that I felt about the election I said and I stand by. Once you do what you can do, then the rest is easy. It was in the hands of the American people,” she told People.

But staying true to her now-famous motto, Michelle Obama is ready to assist Trump's administration as it begin its term for the sake of the country.

"This is our democracy, and this is how it works,” she added. “We are ready to work with the next administration and make sure they are as successful as they can be. Because that’s what’s best for this country.”

Excuse me while I go cry (again) because they're just so perfect.
