Can You Represent Your Anxiety Visually?

Hopefully your vulnerability will help others.

Do you have an anxiety disorder (generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, panic disorder, etc.)?

Those are just to name a few. We want to hear from people with *all* anxiety disorders.

Is there a way you feel like you could visually express your anxiety?

Like, maybe you could draw some sort of representation of how it makes you feel?

Maybe your anxiety affects your everyday life in a visible way, so you could take a picture of your super clean room (or super messy one).

Maybe you bite your nails really badly.

Perhaps you have to go to the doctor because you have stomach issues as a side effect of your anxiety.

Or maybe your OCD caused you to hold onto an ex's shirt for years, although you were too afraid to ever wear it.

(This is my VERY specific and blatantly personal example. I have GAD and OCD.)

So if you have an anxiety disorder, do you think you could draw a picture or take a picture of something that you feel represents your anxiety? Hopefully your vulnerability will help someone else.
