This is Victoria Anderson-Gardner and, on the right, her cousin, Morningstar Derosier. They're film students in Canada and were recently out shooting a documentary on indigenous youth sundancers in Ontario.
On their way back from filming, Victoria and Morningstar drove past a horse grazing by a fence and HAD to stop and say hi! "Just for shits and gigs, I was like, 'Let’s serenade this horse!'" Victoria told BuzzFeed. "I asked Morningstar to turn up the tunes and record me so I could post it on my Insta story.” Aaaand THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Their song of choice was "Dreams" by Fleetwood Mac — an infectious feel-good anthem, we STAN — and its essence was truly embodied by all parties involved.
"We started singing and then noticed the horse started to dance, so we turned the music up even louder!" Clearly, this horse knows players only love you when they're playing.
Victoria and Morningstar drove off shortly after, but they say they'll never forget the four-legged Fleetwood Mac fan: "We’ll definitely be looking out for the horse when we go back to see the sundancers next year!"
