American Psycho. It's so dark and humorous, truly showing that women don't shy away from "masculine" subject matter. Plus it basically illustrates the escalation of hypermasculinity.

Any compilation of SNL actors breaking character :)

Mr. Nobody, in terms of sci-fi. It has multiple woven plots and deals with the butterfly effect. Also American Psycho, but more in the sense of the deeds of the main character and the way it ends.

The Price of Salt/Carol by Patricia Highsmith. Amazing, thoughtful story. It doesn't make LGBTQ relationships seem tragic, while still realistic about the struggles faced by the main characters, two women in the 1950s.

Birthdays in elementary school = watching everyone else enjoy baked goods while you stare longingly into the distance.

I started with Umbrella Academy (two volumes, six issues each) because it's rather quick and quirky with a great storyline. As far as Marvel, All-New Hawkeye and the Marvel/Disney Parks crossover series like Big Thunder Mountain Railroad are fantastic.
