Whether you're a citizen of Bachelor Nation or not, you've probably heard about former Bachelorette runner-up Tyler Cameron's summer romance with Gigi Hadid.
The two are no longer together, although both were tight-lipped about the breakup — until yesterday.

In an interview with People's Reality Check on Monday, Tyler was asked about his favorite part of dating Gigi, and his answer was very ~diplomatic~.
“Just meeting someone that was great. She’s a great person, and I met a great friend,” he said. “She’s someone that I have a lot of respect for and think highly of, so I met a great person.”
And when asked why they broke up, Tyler still had nothing but nice things to say.
“I took it as I met a great person, a great friend. It wasn’t like a bad breakup or anything like that."
“It was just, we’re at different parts of our lives right now.”
"What I learned about myself [from the relationship]? I don't know. I'm still learning so much about myself every day. Like, being in this light is totally different. So, I'm still learning."
Tyler also revealed that while he and Gigi are no longer texting every day, they're still on good terms:
No, we're just friends. You know, whenever we see each other.
