Attending all social events together, and never doing anything apart.

Ordering for your partner at a restaurant. (Typically with heterosexual couples, this plays out as the man ordering for the woman.)

PDA in front of strangers. (At a park, in a restaurant, at a movie theater, etc. And let's assume it's nothing TOO R-rated — cuddling and kissing.)

How about PDA in front of friends and family members? (Again, let's assume it's limited to cuddling and kissing — nothing overtly sexual.)

Getting matching tattoos, or tattoos of each other's names.

Telling each other the secrets that their friends have confided in them.

Asking your partner not to be friends with their ex or see them socially.

Wearing matching or coordinating outfits.

How about couples who do matching costumes on Halloween?

Posting long, passionate social media tributes to each other on an anniversary.

Using cutesy pet names for each other in public.

Canceling plans with friends to go hang out with your partner. (Let's assume you already see that partner regularly — it's not like a long-distance situation where they only have one night in town.)
