People Are Going Nuts Over This Weird Meme From A Crazy Local News Interview

But the guy behind #PieceOfBurger can't enjoy his new fame, because he's in jail.

On Wednesday, a local news station in Jackson, Mississippi, was doing a story about a car crash involving a cop when they stumbled upon a very entertaining witness.

"Ain't nobody got time for that," & "Hide your kids, hide your wife," meet #PieceOfBurger

The witness, identified by WLBT as Courtney Barnes, gave a totally weird but also hilarious account of the accident. We can't explain it. Just watch for yourself.

The whole interview is amazing, but people soon became obsessed with one part of it, when Barnes said he was headed to Burger King for a "piece of burger." People began wondering, what is a "piece of burger"?

Gurl #pieceofburger @Niecey_TheNinja lmao

How do you order one?

Why does he only want a piece?

Even Nicki Minaj was confused.

But she wasn't confused about one thing: "bitch his eyebrows on da fuk fleek," she wrote.

Someone suggested maybe a piece of burger is part of the BeyoncΓ© diet.

And people started to pose with their own "piece of burger."

Then things got kind of weird.

What did this dog do to deserve this?

Of course, Burger King had to respond. "Why just a #PieceOfABurger?" they wrote.

It's even become something people talk about ~IRL~.

I went to McDonald's and asked for a #pieceofburger and the lady was like "this isn't Burger King ma'am" πŸ˜©πŸ˜πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Barnes is no newbie to fame, having previously appeared on So You Think You Can Dance.

Shortly after he went viral, a person claiming to be Barnes set up an Instagram account called...Piece of Burger.

But Barnes won't be able to bask in his newfound fame, because he got arrested on Thursday, the Ridgeland Police Department confirmed to BuzzFeed News.

Barnes had a warrant out for his arrest because of contempt of court charges due over approximately $1,600 worth of traffic tickets, MSNewsNow reported.

He also has been accused of stealing a bucket hat from a local store. The store's manager told MSNewsNow that he is known for shoplifting, and they filed a police report.

So this may be the last interview you see of Barnes for a while. Enjoy it.
