1 ounce Kahlúa
1 ounce Absolut Vodka
1 ounce espresso
Simple syrup, optional
¼ cup coffee beans, to garnish
¼ cup brown sugar, to garnish
1.In a food processor, pulse coffee beans until finely ground. Add brown sugar and pulse until combined. Pour onto a plate.
2.Wet the rim of a martini glass, and dip into the coffee and sugar mixture.
3.Shake the drink ingredients together with ice for 10 seconds for optimal frothiness. Strain into a glass.
