Another super easy festive holiday project that your dinner guests will love! Using mini candy canes you can create a two in one holder for both napkins and a mint for each of your table settings. Just flip 3 mini candy canes over, glue together and insert folded napkin and a Christmas mint. Make sure to glue them so that there are two curved canes on one side and one on the other and leave the plastic wrap on the candy canes. After dinner, pack them away with your Christmas things and re-use them year after year!
With only a few simple steps you can make these wonderful candy can soaps for stocking stuffers or gifts for friends and family. By adding some crushed candy cane and red food coloring to a basic bar of white soap warmed up in the microwave you can create these wonderful bars of soap that leave your skin silky smooth. Simply press down into a pan and cut in bars like brownies about .5" thick so they can fit in the candy cane holder.
This beautiful little fairy is a great addition to any flower-pot!. Using a silk lily (purchased at the thrift store) and a 5 ” plastic doll from the re-use centre that I deconstructed, I was able to come up with a fun, easy project.
