    Why Black Friday Ruined Thanksgiving

Personal Thanksgiving Experience, and Black Friday Shopping.

    Why Black Friday Ruined Thanksgiving

To whom every is reading this, I am employed at a retail store, and every year, I have noticed that Black Friday shopping starts earlier and more earlier than the previous year. My prediction is that in the next five-years, Thanksgiving will not be a holiday that is celebrated with family, but rather, a day where everyone is out Black Friday Shopping, or rather, Black Thursday Shopping.

1.Black Friday shopping starts the day after Thanksgiving Day, and in 2009, K-Mart made the decision to open their doors on Thanksgiving Day, and so did other retail stores did so as well.

2.Most individuals who work in large retail stores, will not be able to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner with their families.

3.Thanksgiving is full of angry and violent shoppers who are trying to get the greatest deals first.

4.This Year, Black Friday Shopping will begin at 4pm on Thursday in select stores

Thank you to everyone who enjoys Black Friday shopping on Thanksgiving Day.
