The Shahid Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut-starrer Rangoon's trailer is finally here.
The film is set in 1944. India is fighting for Britain in World War II and is at the brink of independence.
Miss Julia is a popular Hindi film actress. One of her best roles is that of the horse-riding and whip-cracking warrior in the film Toofan Ki Beti (Daughter of A Storm).
Saif Ali Khan plays her lover/manager/film producer.
He decides to send her to Burma, to entertain the Indian infantrymen on the frontlines with a couple of performances.
Shahid Kapoor plays infantryman Nawab Malik who is entrusted with the job of getting Miss Julia safely to Burma.
And to nobody's surprise, they fall in love with each other.
Miss Julia also gives this problematic reasoning for falling in love with the army man.
Anyway, what follows is a fight to death between Julia's suitors.
The Vishal Bhardwaj movie is loaded with stunning visuals and seemingly promising music.
