We asked the BuzzFeed Community what foods they can buy in their country for the equivalent of one American dollar. Here are the jaw-dropping results.

1. The Netherlands – a full breakfast, including coffee

2. Hungary – a whole bottle of wine

3. Italy – one supplì (fried rice ball stuffed with cheese)

4. New Zealand – one Frozen Coke in any size from the Dollar Menu

5. China – two or three Baozi, depending on the fillings

6. Canada – one box of Kraft Dinner

7. Also in Canada – one non-specialty doughnut from Tim Hortons

8. Malaysia – two servings of nasi lemak (a rice dish that's typically served with meat, anchovies, peanuts, and a boiled egg)

9. Denmark – one pack of instant ramen

11. Malta – one pastizz (a savory pastry)
