McDonald's started selling chicken fajitas in 1991, and if you're old enough then you probably remember their original hot sauce, too. The fajitas didn't last too long, but the sauce will live on in my memories forever.

Wendy's introduced their pitas in 1997. They had four different fillings (think, like, a chicken Caesar salad-stuffed pita), but they didn't last too long.

Cini-Minis were introduced by Burger King in 1998 but were ultimately discontinued. They were brought back for a limited time in 32 states at the end of 2018, but that was only for a special campaign. Ah, memories.

Their McSalad Shakers were introduced in April of 2000 because, you know, who wouldn't want an easy-to-mix salad? They were unfortunately discontinued in 2003 so McDonald's could focus on rolling out their premium salads instead.
