Loaded Tater Tot Skewers

Servings: 8


4 cups frozen tater tots, prepared according to package instructions

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup chopped bacon

Sliced scallions, for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. Thread tater tots onto skewers and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, close together so that they are all touching.

3. Cover with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with bacon.

4. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

5. Garnish with sliced scallions.

Mini Chili Cheese Dog Bites

Servings: 8


3 hot dogs

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

½ cup chili

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Chopped chives, for garnish


1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.

2. Cut hot dogs into thirds.

3. Unroll crescent-roll dough and separate along the seams. Place a tablespoon of chili on a crescent roll. Add a large pinch of cheddar cheese. Top with a hot dog. Roll up dough around filling and place on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Repeat with the rest of the crescent rolls.

4. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until dough is golden brown and hot dogs are cooked through. Garnish with chopped chives.

Zesty Beef Taco Dip

Servings: 8


1 pound ground beef

2 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilis

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Sour cream


Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Tortilla chips, for serving


1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and taco seasoning. Gradually break up the meat, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. Turn off heat.

3. Stir in diced tomatoes, green chilis, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Transfer dip to a baking dish. Top with the rest of the cheese.

4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until bubbling. Add a dollop of sour cream and guacamole. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
