She has been working with the NGO Make Love Not Scars and has been the face of their award-winning campaign #EndAcidSale to stop the open sale of acid.

New York-based fashion company FTL Moda got in touch with the foundation to ask Qureshi to walk the ramp for them in this year's New York Fashion Week.
