    If You Love Maggi Masala, Here's What You Need To Make It At Home

    It goes without saying that Maggi was one of the best things about our childhood.

    Now, what if I told you that you could make the Maggi masala at home?

    Here's what you need for that:

    For masala:

    1½ teaspoons onion powder

    1½ teaspoons garlic powder

    1½ teaspoons coriander powder

    1 teaspoon red chilli powder

    ½ teaspoon turmeric (haldi) powder

    1 teaspoon cumin (jeera) powder

    1 teaspoon pepper powder

    ¼ teaspoon fenugreek (methi) powder

    ½ teaspoon ginger powder

    1½ teaspoon garam masala

    4 teaspoons sugar

    2 teaspoons red chilli flakes

    1 teaspoon corn flour

    ½ teaspoon aamchoor (dry mango) powder

    1½ teaspoon salt

    Use noodles as required while cooking.

    Take the ingredients for the masala and grind them in a dry grinder

    Take two heaped teaspoons of the masala and add it to boiling noodles.

    You may sprinkle some more masala on to the noodles depending on your threshold for spice aaand enjoy your MSG-free Maggi.
