As a wife, you are one of the highest-ranking women in the Republic of Gilead, YAASS! Despite this, you still experience oppression at the hands of your mean man-husband. TBH, it's probably karma for being one of the women who played a huge part in the rise of Gilead in the first place. It doesn't stop you from striving for the best life you can have for yourself (and yourself only)!!!

Before Gilead, you were probably in a position of power, making you the perfect fit for an Aunt. You're in charge of training, overseeing, and disciplining the Handmaids at the Rachel and Leah Center. You're super strong-minded and a natural-born leader, although you can be a savage bitch if you want to.

Aside from unwomen, you're one of the lowest ranking members of society. You're literally -this- close to becoming a Handmaid, which is definitely not a vibe, so you tend to keep your head down and do your duty. You spend your days buying groceries, cooking, cleaning, looking after your children, and trying to avoid eye contact with guards.

Hello, domestic goddess! I mean, you're never really treated like a goddess... because Gilead sucks. As a Martha, your role is to cook and clean for your assigned high-ranking family. As long as you do what you're told, you'll be sweet. That is, until you pass your prime when you'll probably be sent to the Colonies...

Well, blessed be the fruit, here we have a Handmaid! As a fertile lady, you're pretty much one of the most important people in Gilead. But somehow also the most oppressed? Life really sucks, but you push through. You're strong and resilient. You're getting _really_ sick of being referred to as Of-your-commander, though.

Handmaid

You have a "fuck everything" attitude, which is why you wanted to escape Gilead in the first place. When given the choice of working at a brothel or going to the Colonies, you knew what your choice would be. At Jezebel's, you have _some_ sense of freedom... even if you're just pretending. At least you're not dying of radiation poisoning at the colonies. One day, you hope you'll be truly free.

Jezebel

You refused to go along with the bullshit society that is the Republic of Gilead, so props to you. Although, it means you're stuck at the Colonies, cleaning up agricultural waste and getting radiation poisoning. You're taking things day by day, but there's no softer way to say it – you're dying. Blessed day.
