MAN WITH 14 DUIs ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL AGAIN!!

Lancaster County deputies on Saturday stopped a 73-year-old man for driving on a suspended license and suspected DUI, but it's far from his first run-in with the law. Lee Collins has been convicted of driving under the influence 14 times over the past 52 years, authorities said. He was released from prison in July after serving four years of a five-year sentence for driving on a suspended license.
