      Stick to it. No matter what. Getting into a daily routine can drastically change your mood, attitude, and, of course, your health. Also, skip out on the foods that you know aren’t good for you. You are what you eat. And I’d rather be a salad than a Little Debbie cookie. Mind you, I didn’t say UNDER EAT. You should eat proper portions and read the serving sizes on the nutritional labels located on food packaging. This information is there for a reason. Stop drinking sweet tea and soda COMPLETELY. Sweet tea is very well known to cause diabetes and create kidney stones. Soda is just empty calories and a ton (literally) of sugar. Try to stay away from food that has been engineered to taste/smell good. You know the big mac? That nice, juicy, vat of chemical engineering? Opt for something that you know its origin, for example a local, grass-fed burger. Of course eating healthy and staying in shape is expensive, and that’s why a lot of people choose the big mac. Not only is it inexpensive, but it’s convenient. Convenient almost ALWAYS means unhealthy. So, spend some money on yourself, your body deserves it. What’s more important to you, your bank account or your body? You can only have one.
