Severe case of brain fade.
Ruth Cadbury, the party's parliamentary candidate for Brentford and Isleworth, was taking part in an interview with the Chiswick Calendar after a debate with her rival candidates. It went horribly wrong.
A poll by Lord Ashcroft in January suggested that Cadbury is likely to win the seat. Her Conservative rival, Mary Macleod, won the seat in 2010 with a small majority of 1.8%.
After initially forgetting the manifesto, she then talked about some of the key issues for Labour, such as the NHS and education. She also defended the party's mansion tax, a tax on people who own homes worth more than £1 million.
