Britney Spears Kicks Off ‘Circus’ Tour In New Orleans
Britney’s back, bitch. The formerly-troubled star delighted New Orleans last night with a spectacular in-the-round set lasting almost two hours. The career-spanning concert featured clowns, acrobats, aerialists and pyrotechnics - and although Britney is reported to have mimed the entire set to pre-recorded vocals (quelle surprise), the crowd reaction is said to have been extremely positive. Pink Gets Acrobatic During Funhouse Tour
Here’s a fan-shot video of Pink performing ‘Sober’ during the Antwerp stop of her Funhouse world tour. It’s highly impressive stuff (pun intended); with these skills, girlfriend can always join Cirque du Soleil if the pop career dries up! Watch the tour footage
New Cyndi Lauper Video: Girls Just Wanna Set Your Heart (mash Up)
Track down that stray bottle of half-empty poppers before you attempt this hi-tempo - and slightly painful – Cyndi Lauper mash up. The mash up of ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Fun‘ and ‘Set Your Heart‘ was apparently made for Japan, and if you’ve heard the bonkers dance music they play in the Pachinko arcades, you’ll see why. Watch it on We Are Pop Slags
Pink Gets Psycho in New Video ‘Please Don’t Leave Me’
And another video today, it’s Pink’s 3rd single ‘Please Don’t Leave Me’, taken from the album ‘Funhouse’. It’s a hilarious video with a great concept; Pink’s boyfriend gets into unfortunate ‘accidents’ every time he tries to leave her. The bunny boiler theme suits her quite well, we think. Take A Look!.

Little Boots = Free Music = Yay
Unless you've been living under some kind of non-musical rock, you'll have heard of Little Boots. She's flipping everywhere. She's officially so hot right now. She's even gone and won that BBC 'sound of 2009' poll, and deservedly so. Read the full article and get the links to download her music.
Amanda Palmer 'Oasis'
Dresden Dolls fans will be more than familiar with the brilliantly talented (and brilliantly odd) Amanda Palmer – but for those of you who haven't heard her before, Amanda's your girl for completely deranged burlesque piano pop. And don't we all need some of that now and again? Be warned, the lyrics to her new solo track 'Oasis' might catch you off guard - it's basically the catchiest, happiest song you'll ever hear about rape and abortion. The song can be found on her new album 'Who Killed Amanda Palmer'. Clever stuff. Watch the video.
