Will I continue to watch it and get the bejesus scared out of me just because Drew Barrymore is in it? Definitely. 12. The Exorcist (1973) Warner Bros. Look, I'm gonna be honest, I've never seen this one. But, I'm guessing a possessed girl acts pretty similarly to me when someone tries to wake me up at the crack of dawn. Now, that's scary. 11. It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (1966) CBS No shade, but this one isn't nearly as good as A Charlie Brown Christmas. Don't @ me. 10. Casper (1995) Universal Pictures No, not the Hilary Duff one (which is also V V good), the Christina Ricci one! I re-watched this movie last year and spiraled trying to figure out just how exactly Casper became a ghost. Maybe you can figure it out? 9. The Shining (1980) Warner Bros. The book is better than the movie and I will die on that hill. That being said, Shelley Duvall deserved an Oscar for that scream of hers. 8. Hocus Pocus (1993) Buena Vista Pictures Why isn't this higher on the list!?!? You've got Bette Midler. Kathy Najimy. A young Carrie Bradshaw. A hot, sassy zombie. Plus, the only version of "I Put a Spell on You" that you'll ever need! 7. The Addams Family (1991) Paramount Pictures Wednesday 🖤 Freaking 🖤Adams 🖤. My Halloween Daria, I stan. Also, Gomez could get it. 6. Halloween (1978) Compass International Pictures I have virtually no feelings about this movie since I've only seen the first 40 minutes through my fingers. But, refer back to No. 13 for my fear of masks. 5. The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) Buena Vista Pictures THIS IS A CHRISTMAS MOVIE! The whole movie is about Jack discovering Christmas and getting the whole town into the Christmas spirit! is it a spooky version of Christmas? Sure. 100%. But, that's still Christmas! 4. Beetlejuice Warner Bros. Hi, my name is Shyla, and this movie caused me to have an obsessive crush on Alec Baldwin that has persisted to this day. Thank you for your time. 3. It (1990) ABC Remember when everyone was attracted to Pennywise? What a wild time to be alive. 2. Ghostbusters (1984) Columbia Pictures 🎶If there's something strange in you neighborhood, who you gonna call? 🎶 No one, because I'm a millennial who's terrified of talking on the phone. (I apologize. Goodbye.) Any guesses as to what the Number 1 movie is?? Guess I give up! DRUMROLL PLEASE Tap to play or pause GIF Tap to play or pause GIF Netflix 1. Get Out! (2017) Universal Pictures Wowowowow!
