Here Are All The Cameos You Might Have Missed In "Deadpool 2"

    There's a ~big~ one I bet you missed.

If you haven't seen Deadpool 2 yet, there are SPOILERS AHEAD! *Singing in Jojo's voice* GET OUT, LEAVE! RIGHT NOW!

    20th Century Fox

Okay, great! Let's talk about some cameos!

(FWIW, here's the rest of the cast!)

    1. Matt Damon and Alan Tudyk as Rednecks #1 and #2

So, this one really threw me for a loop. But, you know when Cable first travels back in time and he steals the truck belonging to those two rednecks? Well, that was Matt Damon and Alan Tudyk in prosthetics and makeup! I didn't recognize them at all, and neither did a lot of people on set.

Fun fact: Damon's appearance was a cameo within a cameo — his character is listed as Dickie Greenleaf, aka the character he impersonated in The Talented Mr. Ripley.

    2. Brad Pitt as Vanisher

For most of the film, Vanisher is completely invisible, which, you know, is kind of the point. We don't see his face until he jumps from the plane, only to get electrocuted by a power line moments later. And that face just happens to belong to Brad Pitt. Apparently, he was only on the screen for eight frames, which took all of seven minutes to film.

In an interview with Collider, director David Leitch said that Pitt had originally been in talks to play Cable: "It was serious talks and I think he was really interested. He loves the universe and he loves Deadpool. But, for whatever reason, it didn’t work out, and he kind of left the door, 'If you guys ever need anything give me a call, I’d love to be involved,’ and Ryan just said, ‘Oh I have an idea.’"

    3. Ryan Reynolds as Juggernaut

First, Ryan Reynolds played Deadpool. Then, in a hilarious post-credits scene, he appeared as himself reading the script for Green Lantern. But, Juggernaut too?? Sort of. Obviously, the character that you see on screen is CGI. But, the voice and facial motion-capture? That was all Reynolds.

Leitch told Digital Spy, "The reason Ryan voiced Juggernaut started out as I just needed some temp voice in the movie...But his first run at it was so funny, and the accent he created — we were like, 'You should just do it.'"

    4. Hugh Jackman as Wolverine

    20th Century Fox

Deadpool takes a couple of shots at his rival Wolverine throughout the movie, but in a post-credits scene, the man himself actually appears! Deadpool goes back in time to his fight scene with Wolverine, from the end of X-Men Origins. Then, he repeatedly shoots 2009 Wade Wilson, explaining that he was "just cleaning up the timeline."

    5. A bunch of people as the X-Men

When Deadpool first arrives at the X-Mansion, he notices that it's always so empty and jokes that the studio couldn't get any "big-name X-Men." That's when the camera pans over to a room full of X-Men, including Professor X (James McAvoy), Quicksilver (Evan Peters), Storm (Alexandra Shipp), and Beast (Nicholas Hoult), who closes the door before Deadpool sees them.

In an interview with CinemaBlend, Peters explained that they shot the cameo while filming X-Men: Dark Phoenix. He said, "We had a lot of different versions for when they open that door and turn to us. But the one they used was pretty chill...there was some fun, dirty stuff."

Hope to see those dirty takes as deleted scenes on the DVD!

Did you notice all of these cameos? Did you spot one I missed? Tell me in the comments!
