So when Dwayne tried to give his baby girl Jasmine a motivational speech, we would expect for her to be just as entranced as we would have been — except that she's a baby, so her interests lie mainly in a) moving around her hands a lot, and b) pooping.

In the spirit of Labor Day, I had an amazing philosophical conversation w/ my baby girl about the value of hard work and how respect is given when it's earned.
