This is you.

In case you haven't heard, Chris Pratt is currently on a diet and has been chronicling his journey in a series called "What's My Snack?" on Instagram.

It's like looking into a mirror.

And I'm not gonna lie, these vids should probably win ALL the Oscars.

But nothing compares to his most recent "What's My Snack?" video. It is a feat of artistic achievement so glorious, so masterful, that words do not do it justice. Just watch Chris on his cheat day:

There are so many things about this that I am obsessed with. First of all, this caption that should win the Pulitzer Prize:

TURN THE VOLUME UP ON YOUR DEVICE for this all new critically acclaimed episode of #WHATSMYSNACK #cheatmeal edition. Starring Chris Pratt. Set on the River Thames in post World Two England, Chris Pratt plays lonely CIA agent Drake McGuiness, a man with a dangerous secret and a crippling addiction to dessert. Score by The Beatles. WRITTEN by Chris Pratt. PRODUCED by Chris Pratt. EXECUTIVE PRODUCED by Chris Pratt. ASSOCIATE PRODUCED by Chris Pratt. Special thanks to a CHRIS PRATT. Cinematography by @annafaris No animals were harmed in the making of this video. But 7 cranberry, currant, butter, jam, clotted cream scones got BF'd pretty hard. All rights reserved. #WHATSMYSNACK is a registered trademark. Copyright infringement is punishable by up to 500 years in prison and a $250 trillion fine. Piracy is not a victimless crime.

Then we have the actual video, where we learn that Chris is a pretty good singer as he literally serenades a scone.

Same.

At the end, Chris reveals that this was his seventh scone, and cemented his status as the hero we need in this world.

Pls never change, Chris.
