And we're all aware of the super fun and very good musical based off Mean Girls, yes?

Well, now we're getting another addition to the MGU (Mean Girls Universe). Tina Fey just announced there will be a movie adaptation of the musical.

She said in a statement, "I’m very excited to bring ‘Mean Girls’ back to the big screen...It’s been incredibly gratifying to see how much the movie and the musical have meant to audiences."

So let me get this straight: It's a movie....

Yep, little known fact: Mean Girls is actually based on the parenting book "Queen Bees and Wannabes" by Rosalind Wiseman.
