A new video by Mint showcases the nuns of Ladakh’s Drukpa group, also known as the “Kung Fu Nuns”.

The 250-strong team, who are led by their spiritual head, Gyalwang Drupka, just cycled all the way from Kathmandu to New Delhi.

The nuns, who are adept in Kung Fu, as well as various other skills, undertook this journey to promote gender equality and environmental consciousness.

And quite frankly, we could learn a lot from their selfless efforts.
