How Do You Make Yourself Feel Better When You’re Having a Shitty Day?

Looking for all the simple ways you lift your self-esteem during tough times.

Every now and then, we ALL have those down days — the ones where we're really not feeling ourselves.

So we want to know what things you do to make yourself feel more confident/sexy/self-assured when you're in the dumps?

Maybe you put on Beyoncé and dance around in your underwear.

Or you get your blood flowing with a quick sweat sesh at the gym.

Or you make some time to do an activity that you love and are great at.

Maybe you make a list of all the things you've done that you're really freaking proud of.

Or you put on your favorite outfit, because you know it'll make you feel bold and sexy.

Perhaps you throw yourself a nice little compliment every time you pass a mirror.

Or maybe you keep something on you that reminds you of a kickass accomplishment, like a graduation photo, or a ticket stub from your first solo trip.
