How Did You Actually Lose Weight In 2016?

Losing weight can be tough, and it's easy to feel defeated if you're not seeing the progress that you want.

So we want to know what was the one thing that really worked for you and helped you attain your goals on your weight-loss journey.

You may have tried a lot of different things, but what was the main thing that really helped you see results, stay motivated, and actually stick with it? If people were only going to do one thing that you did, what would you advise them to do?

Maybe it was seeing a personal trainer and getting a workout plan tailored to your goals.

Maybe you dedicated yourself to learning more about what goes into your food and started eating less added sugar.

Or you gave up ordering takeout and started cooking your own meals.

Perhaps you made a commitment to waking up an hour earlier every morning so you could walk or bike to work.

Or you started drinking a lot more water and made a huge effort to drop soda and alcohol.

Maybe you reworked your schedule and found a better work/life balance so that you could make your mental and physical health your number one priority.

Or you took up journaling a little every day to remind yourself of your goals and why you got started on this journey to begin with.
