Jenkins is a trainer with 25 years of experience under her belt. She's worked with celebrity clients like Kelly Rowland and Serena Williams. She shares motivational photos, tips, workouts, and experiences from her own fitness journey.
Roz is a seriously strong, certified personal trainer and pole dancer, challenging the stereotype of what an athlete's body looks like. Follow her for workouts both in the gym and on the pole, funny memes about living the #fitlife, and inspiring videos that will get you moving.
Copeland — a former collegiate track and field athlete — is now a NYC-based Nike Master Trainer and yogi who loves sharing photos of her diverse workouts (running, gymnastics, yoga, you name it), her enviable shoe and ~athleisure~ game, and her awesome travels.
Lewis is a personal trainer and also the founder of Thick Athletics Apparel. She's super into celebrating thick thighs and loves sharing inspirational photos, body positive messages, the occasional workout, and her meals/snacks on her Instagram.
Akinwale is a CrossFit coach and Olympic-style weightlifter. Her Instagram is filled with photos and videos of her badass workouts, exercise techniques, nutrition tips, and the occasional cute selfie with her son. She'll definitely inspire you to pick up heavier weights.
Grayson is a personal fitness trainer based in Atlanta who uses his Instagram and YouTube account to provide workouts, nutrition tips, and motivational photos for people who want to lose weight, build muscle, or gain endurance.
Massiel “Massy” Indhira Aria is a bilingual personal trainer from the Dominican Republic. She decided to pursue a career in fitness after exercise helped her battle severe depression and aims to help people use fitness to improve their health both mentally and physically. She posts workouts, exercise challenges, and lots of delicious-looking meal options.
Shaun T became popular through his at-home workout programs, Hip Hop Abs and Insanity. He shares videos of the awesome dance routines he's choreographed, workout tips and regimens, and lots of photos of his clients lying on the ground exhausted after his ass-kicking bootcamps.
Salazar has coached fitness classes all over the world and offers online training programs to help clients get fit from anywhere. She shares daily workouts you can do in the gym — or from the comfort of your own home — that incorporate a ton of different moves and the exercise equipment at the gym that you really have no idea what to do with.
Ector — certified personal trainer and nutritionist — co-founded Gymnetics Fitness with her incredibly fit mom, Ellen Ector. She shares before and after photos of her awesome clients, as well as full workouts you can do and moves you can easily incorporate into your own routines.
Terrell is a MMA coach, professional MMA fighter, and a personal trainer based out of Pennsylvania who works with people of all ages. He shares motivational photos and videos of him working out, coaching clients, or sometimes just dancing and having fun around the gym.
Williams is a world champion bodybuilder, fitness model, and celebrity trainer. He uses his Instagram to share fitness tips, full workouts (that target the entire body), and seriously motivating photos with his followers.
Alexander is a NYC-based certified personal trainer who shares photos/videos of his workout sets that target specific areas of the body, him living his life — going to the movies, getting dinner with his wife, hitting up Dave and Buster's, etc. (proof you CAN have a life outside of working out and eating healthy), and occasionally documents his meals and snacks as eating inspiration for his followers.
