So simple its ingenious. Make amazing desserts using low-fat (part-skim) ricotta cheese! This one is for a Mocha flavored dish but you can keep it simple with just vanilla flavoring or even try almond extract! If you leave it in the freezer for half an hour its almost like ice cream.
