But, if you can't get your hands on the authentic version, try the next best thing: golden snitch cake pops!

OK, now crumble it up.

Add 1/2 cup of frosting into your cake crumbles and mix well.

Roll the mixture into balls, then freeze for 15 minutes.

Heat up yellow candy melts to make the coating.

One at a time, dip each lollipop stick into the coating and insert them into the cooled cake balls.
So it makes a cute little puddle where they meet, like this:
Keep swirling as you take each pop out to coat it evenly.

Stick the pops upright in styrofoam to let them cool and harden.

Give them their wings.
