People Tell Me I Look Like Conan O'Brien And I Totally Own It

I've been called Conan O'Brien since I was 12 years old.

My name is Ryan Schneider and I'm a junior at Miami University.

The first time someone called me Conan was in 5th grade. It was my science teacher. Since then, many more people have said the same thing. Seeing the resemblance, I decided to roll with it.

I sent the previous photo to him and he actually sent this back to me! It sits in my bedroom back in Cleveland.

It reads:

"To Ryan,

I hope you don't mind looking like me.

Your Friend,

Conan O'Brien"

On Halloween of my senior year of high school, I could not think of a good costume to wear. Naturally, I decided to put on a suit and go along with the look.

Everyone loved it! Almost everyone said it was the best costume in the school — even if I did make it ten minutes before leaving home.

In college, I am one of many Ryans on my dorm floor. To make it easier, I told everyone to just call me Conan, and boy did it stick.

Almost everyone I know on campus calls me Conan. Some of my friends didn't even know my real name for quite some time. I'd bet there are still some people that I know who don't know my real.

I've come to embrace the look. Conan, I just want to thank you for sharing such a beautiful face with me.
