Hornbill Rock Contest
The haven for rock lovers, Hornbill Rock Contest is a part of Nagaland’s signature Hornbill Festival. Organized by the State’s Music Task Force, the festival is a wonderful event to experience indigenous talents. Hornbill Rock Contest is proactively attended by all the 16 tribes & sub-tribes of the state and together they put up a phenomenal cultural extravaganza. The annual contest offers a sizeable reward to encourage the new indie rockers. The winner of the contest is honored with a delightful reward of Rs. 10 lakh while the1st & 2nd runners up receive 5 lakhs & 2.5 lakhs respectively.

Mandala Music Festival
Launched last year, Mandala has duly taken Calcutta a notch higher in the space of music events. While the city of joy is always bustling with some cultural show or other, an international scale peppy music fiesta was always missing.
