Do you show up to work on time (no earlier than 15 minutes before your clock-in time)?

**Do you often feel burned out at work?**

**Do you ever step away from your work during the day to take a short break?**

Do you leave work within 15 minutes of your ending time?

Do you look at work emails when you're home and off work?

Do you ANSWER work emails and/or notifications when you're home and off of work?

Do you opt out of committee work that’s offered to you within your company?

Do you actually eat lunch on your lunch break?

Do you usually sacrifice personal plans for recreational after-hours work events (mixers, happy hour, etc.)?

Do you refuse to do a task that would require the work of two or three people?

Do you use your days off of work to "catch up" or get ahead of your workload?

Do you often stay quiet or speak very little during meetings?

And finally, do you think you're quietly quitting right now?

You answered yes to 0/15 of these questions! Listen, you go above and beyond like no one else. While you might think you can handle it, you still feel tired and burned out at times. Remember that it's okay to take it easy sometimes!
