    1. GlamGlow My Little Pony Purple #GlitterMask Gravitymud scores high for cuteness, but it also does the damn job — aka it deep cleanses and tightens your skin, so it can better absorb your subsequent skin care products.

    Essence Gant / BuzzFeed,

I'm embarrassingly stereotypically girly, so when I got the My Little Pony Purple #GlitterMask Gravitymud by GlamGlow, the eight-year-old Limited Too-addicted girl in me leaped for joy! I don't even do masks that often because my K-Beauty skin care routine is already so extensive, but this mask was purple and glittery, so I gave it a whirl. I stirred the mask with the mini spatula applicator it comes with and then spread it on my face, like the instructions advised. Then I let it dry, which took about 20 minutes, and took a lot of selfies while bumping Janelle Monae's Dirty Computer album. When it dried, I peeled it off, starting at an edge near my chin that was already lifting. If you thought peeling masks was satisfying before, wait until you peel a GLITTER mask. It's practically skin care meets DIY meets Frida Kahlo painting; it's ART, people!

The benefits claim to firm, like the original Gravitymud treatment, and my skin did feel cleaner and tighter after. I wiped away the excess with a damp wash cloth and followed up with my toner, essence, serum and moisturizer. (I'd already cleansed my face beforehand, which you're supposed to do.) I recommend it 1000%, especially if you're looking for a cute and fun beauty thing to do with your friends or bridal party. —Essence Gant, Beauty Editor

Get it from Sephora for $59 (available in three colors: purple, black, and pink).

    2. Arm & Hammer Essentials Natural Protection Aluminum-Free Deodorant keeps your pits fresh-smelling AF (probs ready for The Meadows festival) and it's aluminum-free and free of annoying white casts. Did we mention it's SUPER CHEAP???

    @armandhammerrd / Via, Delia Cai / BuzzFeed

This is the only deodorant anyone ever needs in their life for four reasons:

    1. It has rosemary, coriander, and lavender oils that make you smell like a freakin' meadow — but not like, in an overpowering way.

    2. It glides on (and stays) clear.

    3. It's aluminum-free and paraben-free.

    4. It's wildly cheap and available at almost any drugstore.

When it's hot and humid out, the last thing I want to deal with is that sickly sweet vanilla powdery nonsense that comes in expensive pink tubes and leaves white casts all over my t-shirts. Hard nope. Arm & Hammer's natural deodorant keeps it simple and just makes me feel fresh and clean. —Delia Cai, Junior Global Adaptation Editor

Get it from Walmart for $1.88 or a two-pack from Amazon for $8.64.

    3. It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Treatment keeps your curls lookin' fresh, healthy, and bouncy for days on end — aka, it's truly a ~miracle~.

    Shila Farahani / BuzzFeed

This leave-in treatment leaves my curls feeling refreshed and looking healthy. Ever since I started wearing my hair naturally, I've used this stuff and I've noticed a big improvement in my curl pattern. It's a must, and I don't leave the house without spraying this on." —Shila Farahani, Video Producer

Get a 4 oz bottle from Amazon for $11.92 or Walmart for $13.89.

    4. Colorescience Sunforgettable Mineral SPF 30 Sunscreen Brush makes reapplying sunscreen — a normally super annoying task — a breeze. Just brush the product over your entire face, and you'll be dry and protected in a few seconds flat — how's that for surviving summer?

    Sarah Burton / BuzzFeed

Reapplying sunblock over your makeup has always been a gross rite of passage for the summer — and that's assuming any of your makeup stayed put after the deluge of sweat running down your face. Enter Colorescience Sunforgettable Water Resistant Loose Mineral Sunscreen. Instead of making your face greasy or wet, the loose minerals actually counteract the sweat, leaving your face sun-protected AND drier. What makes this stuff THE BEST is that the ingredients do not include avobenzone, which is that stuff that gets in your eyes and makes them BURN.

My husband, a man who fears putting anything on his face, stole this from me on our recent vacations and used it religiously. You can get it in a clear shade or get a shade to match your skin! One thing to note: it is expensive, but I expect this baby to last far ten times as long as regular face sunblock. If you care about your skin, give it a try! —Sarah Burton, Video Producer

Get it from Amazon for $65 (available in five shades).

You can learn more about how it works at Colorscience's website.

    5. YSL Tatouage Couture Liquid Matte Lip Stain gives you weightless, stay-all-day, and buildable *yet* pigmented realness — that you reach for over your drying liquid lipsticks any day.

    http://@sarah.dipity / Via, Sarah Han / BuzzFeed

Anyone near and far knows my favorite type of makeup is lipstick, and my formula of choice is hands down liquid, because they last longer and don't smear as much while you're eating or just going about your day. Ever since I discovered Peripera Peri Ink (read my review), I've been wearing lip stains pretty constantly — another fave is Etude House Dear My Darling Tint (read my coworker's review) — because they're less drying, but those shade ranges don't cover the plum-y berry I was craving. So I hopped onto Sephora popped three choices into my cart that differed a bit in both shade and texture. The YSL Tatouage Couture Liquid Matte Lip Stain in Violet Conviction was the clear winner, whose color is described as a "deep blackberry." Yum.

This baby has a watery formula that dries down matte, so it's more like a tint in nature than lipstick, BUT the pigment is opaque, which is important because I still want it to *look* like a lipstick. It feels practically weightless on the lips, which is clutch to say the least. My lips are perpetually dry, so I hate lipsticks that settle into my lines and make their presence known — but no issues here at all. It also has a flat but slanted-at-the-top applicator, aka the perfect fit for the cupid's bow, which sometimes gets tricky with normal doe applicators. It requires minimal touchups (really only after I eat something SUPER oily). And it has a sweet berry scent too! It's the perfect not-too-dark but still ever-so-slightly vampy shade. It's quickly become my everyday color over brighter, so-called spring or summer shades. I love it so much that it breaks my heart to take it off at the end of the day, but alas, I must. —Sarah Han, Beauty Writer

Get it from Sephora for $36 (available in 22 shades).

    6. Before discovering Danessa Myricks' Colorfix Creams and Glazes, you'd never catch Patrice experimenting with colorful eye makeup looks. Now she says, in the words of Issa Rae, "I DO THIS!"

    Patrice Peck / BuzzFeed

As a self-proclaimed lazy makeup lover, I've always been a huge fan of glossy lids, smokey eyes, and other stunning eye makeup ~lewks~, but never motivated enough to actually dedicate the time and effort required to master these techniques. All that's changed now, thanks to my new secret weapon ColorFix, a cream color-paint hybrid that packs a super pigmented punch and blends like a dream!

All I do is put a teeny lentil-sized amount on the back of my hand and, gently using the very tip of my fingers, gradually apply the product directly onto my lids, carefully spreading and blending as I go (no primer needed, but try to work quickly because it does dry fast!) I never thought I'd be able to pull off pro-level eye makeup looks in a matter of minutes, but I guess some lazy makeup lover dreams really do come true! —Patrice Peck, Beauty Writer

Get ColorFix in "Chosen" and "Kaleidoscope" at Danessa Myricks Beauty for $18 each.

    7. Too Faced Melted Matte Lipstick nixes all of the things you hate about liquid lipstick — a super drying formula and intense bleeding — and only lends ya the good stuff, aka boss-ass color that stays put no matter what, no liner needed.

    Emily Erhart / BuzzFeed,

I have a love/hate relationship with matte lipsticks for two reasons:

    1. They bleed like CRAZY, so you need to line the shit out of your lips to keep things in check.

    2. They dry my lips out more than a sandstorm in the Mojave Desert!

However, on days where a matte lip is a MUST, this Too Faced Melted Matte Liquified Longwear Matte Lipstick is basically the sweet, sweet music of cherub wings as they bless us with this gift from the lipstick gawds. My fave shade is Lady Balls...because...duh? If your OCD kicks in whenever your lipstick isn't lined properly (like me), this is the answer to your perfectionist prayers. —Emily Erhart, Video Producer

Get it from Sephora for $21 (available in six high-shine finishes and 17 matte shades).

What did I just say? BOSS 👏 ASS 👏 COLOR 👏.

    Berlanti Productions / Archie Comics

(Though, according to Teen Vogue, that specific color is Lime Crime Velvetines in Red Velvet, sometimes topped with some Nivea chapstick.)
