ICYMI, a ton of celeb drama just went down online today — Kanye West was taking shots at Wiz Khalifa on Twitter, Amber Rose stepped in the ring, and the world was never the same again.
But this isn't just any regular celebrity feud. Nope, this is one tangled fucking mess that is YEARS in the making, and we're here to break it down for you, step by step.
Let's start at the beginning — 2008, to be exact. This is when Kanye West started dating Amber Rose.
The relationship lasted until 2010. Amber Rose started dating rapper Wiz Khalifa in 2011. The pair had a son, Sebastian, in 2013, married later in the year, but filed for divorce in 2014.
Meanwhile, Kanye had a baby with Kim Kardashian in mid-2013, then proposed to her later that year, and the two were wed in Florence in May 2014.
Also during this timeline, model Blac Chyna gave birth to a son, King Cairo, with rapper Tyga in October 2012. The two got engaged a month after their son was born, but then broke things off in summer 2014.
This whole time, Blac Chyna and Kim Kardashian were good friends — some might even say BFFs.
In fact, Blac Chyna even hung out with other members of the Kardashian family.
But when Tyga and Blac Chyna broke things off, he started seeing Kim's sister, Kylie Jenner.
Not only was Kylie underage at the time (they officially confirmed their relationship when she turned 18 in August 2015), but Kylie and Tyga *might* have been hanging out when he was still with Blac Chyna.
Important note: Blac Chyna and Amber Rose are *SUPER* close.
In February 2015, Amber appeared on Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club, where, among other topics, she discussed Tyga and Kylie's relationship:

Here's what she had to say about Kylie and Tyga's relationship:
"Kylie's a baby. She needs to go to bed at 7 o'clock and relax. It's ridiculous. Tyga should be ashamed of himself. That's how I feel. For sure. He has a beautiful woman and a baby and left that for a 16-year-old who just turned 17."
Never one to sit out a fight, Kylie's older sister Khloé went off on Twitter in response to Amber's comments on the radio show:
Amber responded to Khloé, calling Kim a "whore":
And Amber ALSO 👏CLAPPED👏BACK👏 at Khloé with the hashtag #DontPanic, which referenced a song by the youngest Kardashian's ex, rapper French Montana.

The online spat ended with some prophetic last words from Amber Rose. It seemed like for the time being, the drama was over.

During the interview, Kanye had some VERY choice words to say about his ex.
He said it's "very hard" for a woman to be with a man who's dated Amber, and that he had to "take 30 showers before I got with Kim."
During the interview, Kanye ALSO discussed Tyga's relationship with Kylie (SHE WAS STILL 17 AT THE TIME OF THE INTERVIEW) and said he thought Tyga "got in early" and "[Tyga] was smart."
Strong woman that she is, Amber once again took to Twitter to defend herself (this time against her ex Kanye), slipping in some shots at Kim (and her sex tape with singer Ray J) in the process:
Things seemed to cool off for a while, although in April, Blac Chyna uploaded this selfie that *MIGHT* have been mocking Kylie Jenner's artificially enhanced lips.
And in the summer, Amber and Blac walked the VMAs carpet together with matching outfits covered in derogatory phrases directed at women:
In October 2015, Amber hosted the SlutWalk in Downtown Los Angeles. At the event, Rose's mother held up this sign that referenced Kanye's derogatory comments toward her daughter:
And also at the event, Amber said she forgave Kanye for what he said about her.
Things seemed to simmer down for a hot second. Kanye and Kim had their son, Saint, then it was the holidays, and before you knew it, it was a new year. Maybe this whole thing had cooled down, we thought. WE WERE SO WRONG.
This past Monday, Blac Chyna Instagrammed this picture, captioned "The beginning," of herself with a man's arm wrapped around her. Notice the distinct tattoos:
YUP, that's Rob Kardashian (Kim and Khloé's brother and Kylie's half brother) with his arm wrapped around Blac Chyna. Is she saying what we think she's saying?
Also going down earlier this week, Amber Rose was ALSO caught by gossip account The Shade Room following Scott Disick, the father of Kourtney Kardashian's three children, on Instagram:
Right when news of Rob potentially hooking up with Blac Chyna hit the wind, Khloé Kardashian tweeted THIS cryptic message:
Khloé *SEEMINGLY* looked to rapidly clear the air regarding her previous statement, saying she was referring to a different, unnamed family member who backed out of taping her new show Kocktails With Khloé:
BUT then Khloé seemed to indicate maybe she *WAS* taking shots at Rob and Blac Chyna after all, tweeting this:
The dust couldn't even settle before Rob uploaded THIS meme of Blac Chyna, using the same shamrock emoji she used in her initial Instagram:
Khloé then tweeted this picture out. She's in the studio with Kourtney and Kim listening to Kanye's new album, and the caption she uses *MIGHT* be calling out Rob and/or Blac Chyna:
Today, Rob Instagrammed this close-up of Blac Chyna. E! News is confirming that Rob and Blac are dating, so yeah, this is officially a THING:
It's also important to note here that Rob has a complex relationship with his family.
Which brings us to today's events.
On Tuesday, Kanye announced that he's renaming his upcoming album from Swish to Waves.
Rapper Wiz Khalifa (AMBER ROSE'S EX-HUSBAND!) wasn't a huge fan of the title change.
In a series of tweets disparaging the title swap, this one seemed to stand out — the letters "kk" matched up with Kim Kardashian's initials:
And that caught Kanye West's attention in a series of since-deleted tweets:
West then went on a MASSIVE, 20+-tweet rant, going off on everything from Wiz's style...
...to his music...
...and he even dragged their mutual ex Amber Rose into the mess.
A lot of what Kanye had to say...didn't make a lot of sense. West's rant is long, messy, and most of it has been deleted, but you can check out a full recap here.
Kanye tried to backtrack a little and said he liked Wiz and only wanted "positive energy"...
But Wiz was having NONE of it, and ALSO clarified that he wasn't even talking about Kim in the first place — he was talking about a strain of weed:

And just when you thought the dust settled, that's when Amber Rose entered the ring with the Tweet Heard Round the World™:

A lot of shit went down the Friday following the events of Wednesday. First, Kanye addressed Amber's ass-play allegations with a series of tweets, saying he never let his ex 👆 his 🍑:
The rapper also stated he would no longer be bringing children into arguments:
While this was happening, Amber Rose made an appearance on the podcast Allegedly With Theo Von & Matthew Cole Weiss. During the appearance, she talked about Kanye, Scott Disick, and Rob & Blac Chyna's relationship.
Meanwhile, Blac Chyna was arrested in Austin while flying through Texas for public intoxication. Police also found ecstasy pills on the model.
Following Blac Chyna's arrest, Khloé seemingly called out the model on Twitter with this shady commentary:
Blac Chyna's mother was having NONE of Khloé's commentary — as the Shade Room reports, she uploaded a mugshot of the Kardashian sister from her 2007 DUI arrest.
Meanwhile, Rob's mother Kris Jenner seemed to try and stage an intervention of sorts while Blac Chyna was away. She showed up at the model's house Friday morning to talk with Rob.
But get this — not only did Rob upload a picture of himself FaceTiming with Blac Chyna over the weekend...
...he also made an INSANE round-trip journey to pick up Blac Chyna from Texas and return her to Los Angeles!!!
Then early Tuesday, Kim and Amber uploaded identical selfies of the pair and it seems like the two kissed and made up. Kim captioned hers "Tea anyone?" while Amber Rose went with "Swingers 🐸☕️" before deleting the caption.
Kanye also tweeted Tuesday that he spoke with Khalifa the previous day, and it seems like the rappers squashed their beef:
