    2. Immediately knocks it over.

    1. Quietly and politely in the litter box.
    2. While maintaining eye contact with you.
    3. Only after running around the entire house.

    1. Everyone’s asleep, because it’s nighttime.

  1. 7. Crinkle/touch/look at the nearest bag of cat treats.
    1. Great, now your cat is trying to climb you like a mountain just to get the freakin’ treats.
    2. Literally nothing happened. At all.
    3. They thought about walking over to get some treats for like three whole seconds before giving up completely.
  1. 8. Ahh, you made it home after a long day at work/school, and you greet your cat.
    1. They meow back a polite reply.
    2. They coolly regard you from their seat, wherever it is.
    3. They run to meet you at the door and then immediately try to direct you to their food bowl.

  1. 10. You're reading a book or newspaper or just some loose papers.
    1. This must be a trick question, because my cat is currently using whatever I’m reading as a bed.
    2. Thankfully, my cat leaves me in peace when I need to do stuff.
  1. 11. A car drives by. Your cat:
    1. Hides, thinking that a stranger is about to come to the door or something else horrible.
    2. Tries to play/communicate with the lights as they drift across the wall.
  1. 12. Uh oh, you gave attention to someone else's pet. How does your cat feel now?
    1. Deeply offended.
    2. Deeply unaffected.
  1. 13. Time to get something from the other room! Your cat:
    1. Follows your every move with their eyes.
    2. Follows your every move with their body and nearly trip you in the process.
    3. Waits patiently for your return.
  1. 14. You start up the vacuum. Your cat:
    1. HIDES IMMEDIATELY.
    2. Tries to fight the machine.
    3. Stays put, because no one needs to move for anything.
