Cowboy was abandoned in a dump for 11 months; luckily, someone stopped by frequently with food while looking for help for this dog.
Hope For Paws was called in to rescue and rehabilitate the timid pup.
After a much-needed bath, his bright personality shined right through!
He even sniffed out some new friends!
Cowboy took to his foster mom right away!
He was placed into a forever home by the Coastal German Shepherd Rescue. Congrats on your new beginnings, Cowboy!
